Free Mainland UK Delivery
We offer free delivery on all orders across the UK mainland.*
*Please note: A small additional charge may apply for deliveries to remote areas to maintain our high service standards.
Delivery Surcharges
An additional £40 delivery charge applies to the following postcode areas:
AB, BN, BH, CT, DT, DD, EX, FK, KA, IV, NR, PA, PH, PL, SA, TR, TQ, TA
For Northern Ireland, delivery incurs a £100 surcharge and may take a minimum of 10 working days.
Delivery Schedule
- Deliveries are made Monday to Sunday, between 7am and 7pm (excluding Bank Holidays).
- We will confirm your delivery date and time in advance.
- Our handmade beds typically take 4 to 6 working days for delivery, depending on the model and your location.
Express Shipping – UK-Wide
We offer Express Shipping across the entire UK at a fixed charge (find this at checkout)

3. How can I return my bed or mattress?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your bed and/or mattress to request a for a return.
To be eligible for a return, your the items must be in the same condition that you received it, completely unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted after looking at the pictures and videos sent to us, we’ll send a delivery driver as soon as possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you straight away.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to call us and make your new order with us, we will collect the returned bed and/or mattress and deliver the right one on the same day of the new delivery.
Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
